Returns

Your item is cut and sewn to order, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the fit isn't right. Please be sure to use our size charts and measure yourself carefully.

If an item is faulty in any way, you can return it within 14 days. Please contact us via our contact page, quoting your name and order number.

We will talk you through the returns procedure which can often be eased by providing a photo of the fault, along with a description of the problem.

  • Remedy action can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim is clear.
  • If the fault cannot be verified over the phone or email, you may need to return the item to us for inspection.
  • In that instance, a determination can then be made as to the state of the item.
  • Please do not send your products back to us without having communicated with a member of our team first.

Please note: Returns only accepted unworn, with tags attached, no exceptions.
